At XXXLutz Sweden, the accessibility of our digital offerings is very important to us. We comply with the legal requirements of European law (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Swedish implementing legislation. We are continuously working to further improve the accessibility of our website.
1. How to place an order online
On our website www.xxxlutz.se, you can purchase various home-related products, such as furniture, kitchens, and other furnishings. To do so, place the desired products in your virtual shopping cart. From the cart, you will be directed to the checkout, where you have the option to either log into your XXXLUTZ customer account or shop with us as a guest. We will then ask you for some information, such as the address to which the products should be delivered. Afterwards, you can choose between different payment methods. At the end, you will have the opportunity to review your order once more before submitting it to us.
2. Our measures
Our goal is for you to be able to use our website without barriers, regardless of whether and which assistive tools you use. We have therefore implemented a variety of features to make shopping and navigating our website easier for you. These include, among others:
- text that can be enlarged up to 200%
- visual improvements such as high color contrasts
- product descriptions in plain language
- screen reader compatibility of our website
- and full keyboard operability of our website
For these measures, we have followed the standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (version 2.1). Our website was also certified with the WACA seal in BRONZE as part of an external evaluation (report dated 11.06.2024 – linked here).
